Hotel Terms and Conditions
Reservations:
Reservations can be made by phone, email, or through our website.
All reservations must be confirmed with a 30% deposit of the total stay amount, unless otherwise indicated. The balance is due upon arrival.
The reservation is considered firm and final once the deposit has been received.
Cancellation and Modification:
Free cancellation is allowed up to 7 days before the arrival date.
If cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival, the deposit paid will be retained as a cancellation fee.
In case of no-show or late arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Any changes to the reservation must be requested at least 7 days before the arrival date and will be subject to availability.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
If arrival is expected after 6:00 PM, please notify us in advance to ensure your room is available.
Rates:
Prices are quoted in euros and include VAT at the time of booking. Additional services (activities, meals, etc.) are not included in the price.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed reservations will honor the rate at the time of confirmation.
Services and Activities:
The hotel offers various activities (hiking, quad biking, petanque, swimming pool, etc.) subject to availability. Some activities may incur additional charges and require prior booking.
Access to the covered swimming pool is reserved for hotel guests during opening hours.
Guest Behavior:
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property or equipment provided. In case of disruptive behavior or failure to comply with the rules, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund.
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and common areas of the hotel. Designated smoking areas are provided outside.
Liability:
The hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.
The hotel cannot be held responsible for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond its control (weather conditions, strikes, etc.).
Insurance:
We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, lost luggage, or other incidents during your stay.
Privacy Policy:
The hotel collects personal information during the reservation process and throughout the stay in order to process your request and provide the best possible service. This data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
Disputes:
In case of a dispute, both parties will attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If no amicable resolution is found, the competent court will be that of the hotel's location.
